PwC conducted a comprehensive profiling of the client’s capabilities, followed by a thorough assessment for a potential partner. Based on this, this international startup which specializes in natural fiber composites was screened among a long list of 10+ startups and recommended for potential engagement with the client.
PwC extensively coordinated with the startup and the Tier 1 to strategically structure and coordinate their engagements. This included multiple meetings and interaction events.
PwC extensively extended PMO support to both parties in evaluating the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), addressing any clarifications as needed.
The Results
NDA has been signed – and further steps on the collaboration, including product roadmap, customer acquisition strategy and other details under discussion.
